Refund Processing & Deduction

If approved:
- A 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.
- The remaining 80% refund amount will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.
- Digital products, downloadable items, or gift cards (if applicable).
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Replacement Policy
At Full Discount Shop, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement under the following terms.

Replacement Process

- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
