1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Home Delivery

We proudly offer Free Home Delivery across all regions of Bahrain, with no additional shipping charges.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery time: Within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • In rare or unavoidable circumstances, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

2. Inspection on Delivery (“Check Before You Pay”)

Your satisfaction is important to us. To ensure confidence in your purchase, we offer an Inspection on Delivery option.

On-the-Spot Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel and verify the product condition at the time of delivery before making payment.

Instant Return at Delivery

If the product received is:

  • defective,

  • damaged,

  • incorrect, or

  • significantly different from the product description,

you may return it immediately to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

No Additional Charges

If you reject the product during inspection due to a valid issue, no delivery fee or service charge will be applied.

3. Warranty & Maintenance Policy

1-Year Product Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products purchased from Full Discount Shop.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional faults under normal use conditions.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • The product must not be physically broken, misused, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Original Packaging Requirement

To process a warranty claim, customers must return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included components provided at the time of delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).

Once reviewed, we will provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate support based on the warranty assessment.
