1. Return Policy

2. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.

The remaining 80% refund amount will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
